Peace in Cyberspace - A Long Way

Disinformation campaigns, targeted shifts in discourse and cyberattacks, including on critical infrastructure - how can peace be achieved in cyberspace in the face of these growing threats? National isolationist strategies and inadequate IT security are further exacerbating this situation. In the area of tension between global networking and national interests, the challenge of promoting digital literacy and protecting critical infrastructures is growing. Is a stable, secure cyberspace a utopia - or a vision that can be realized through cooperation, resilience and technological diversification? The answer lies in a global effort for the future of the digital world.
